影響真空釬焊質量的重要因素

    除工藝參數影響真空釬焊質量外,下列因素對釬焊質量影響也較大。

    (1)真空釬焊設備漏氣率

    當設備出現漏氣時,在高溫下零件及釬料會氧化。因而要定期檢查設備的漏氣率是否在允許的范圍內,否則需要檢修設備。

    (2)氣體純度

    高純氬氣和氮氣在釬焊時有兩種作用,其一是作為強迫冷卻介質;其二作為保護氣體,純度越高,含氧量越低,氧化可能性越小。否則高溫下微量的氧也會使零件變色或氧化。通常使用的Ar或N2的純度為99.999%,在此純度下,有害氣體氧和水汽含量均小于5ppm     (1ppm=10-6)。

    (3)裝配間隙

    接頭間隙直接決定了釬縫的致密性及強度。間隙過大,毛細作用減弱,釬料填滿困難;間隙過小,同樣妨礙釬料的填充。對于銅基釬料釬焊不銹鋼件時,裝配間隙為0.03~0.10mm.鎳基釬料釬焊高溫合金件時,裝配間隙為0.013~0.076mm.
