風冷/水冷氙燈老化試驗箱的區別

  至今,環境測試市場中,有兩款氙燈老化試驗箱。而出現這兩款設備,導致客戶往往不知道如何去選擇哪一款,它們之間區別在哪里呢?

  一、樣品架結構不同區別:

  (1)風冷式的樣品架是托盤式的,可以手動調節高度,對被測產品的形狀無要求,只要放在托盤式即可;

  (2)水冷式的樣品架是轉盤式的,可以360°旋轉,但對被測產品的形狀有要求,必需是薄片狀,并適合75×150mm標準樣板所夾住,并掛在轉盤上進行光照.

  二、燈管及擺放不同區別:

  (1)風冷式:3支進口燈管同時使用,燈管功率1.8KW/支,燈管使用壽命約1600小時;

  (2)水冷式:僅使用1支國產燈管,燈管功率6KW/支,燈管使用壽命約500小時。

  三、輻射強度不同區別:

  (1)風冷式:輻射強度:≤300W/㎡,相對于比較適合“室內產品”;

  (2)水冷式:輻射強度:≤1200W/㎡,相對于比較適合“室外產品”;
