超聲波測厚儀透過涂層測量優(yōu)點

  超聲波測厚儀是根據(jù)超聲波脈沖反射原理來進行厚度測量的,當(dāng)探頭發(fā)射的超聲波脈沖通過被測物體到達材料分界面時,脈沖被反射回探頭通過精確測量超聲波在材料中傳播的時間來確定被測材料的厚度。凡能使超聲波以一恒定速度在其內(nèi)部傳播的各種材料均可采用此原理測量。
  超聲波測厚儀每一種技術(shù)都有優(yōu)點和缺點,對一個特定的應(yīng)用都應(yīng)該考慮選擇哪一種方法:
  超聲波測厚儀透過涂層測量優(yōu)點:
  1、能測量多種金屬厚度,具代表性的,在鋼中能從1mm到50mm
  2、只需要一個回波
  3、在點蝕情況能更精確地測量剩余地*小厚度
  透過涂層測量缺點:
  1、涂層*薄為0.125mm
  2、涂層表面應(yīng)當(dāng)比較光滑
  3、需要使用2種特定探頭中地一個4,表面溫度大約為50℃或51.67℃
  回波——回波測量優(yōu)點:
  1、可使用多種普通探頭工作
  2、常能穿透粗糙表面涂層工作
  3、用適當(dāng)?shù)奶筋^能在接近500℃或498.89℃的高溫時工作
  回波——回波測量缺點:
  1、需要多次底面回波,在嚴(yán)重腐蝕的金屬中可能不存在多次底面回波
  2、厚度范圍比透過涂層測量限制更多。
