  光纖光譜儀的優勢在于測量系統的模塊化和靈活性,可以用于在線分析。而且由于采用了低成本的通用探測器,降低了光譜儀的成本,從而也降低了整個測量系統的造價。光纖光譜基本配置包括包括一個光柵,一個狹縫,和一個探測器。

  光纖光譜儀的性能可以用以下六個參數來體現:

  1.光譜覆蓋范圍:光信號能被光譜儀檢測到的波長范圍

  2.光譜分辨率:能被光譜儀分辨開的最小的波長差值。

  3.靈敏度:能被光譜儀檢測到的最小的光能量

  4.動態范圍:可被光譜儀測量到的最大與最小光能量的比值

  5.信噪比:光譜儀的信號能量水平與噪聲水平的比值

  6.光譜獲取速度:在一定的入射光能量水平下,光譜儀產生可測量到的信號并獲得譜圖所需的時間
