溫濕度的測量介紹

監測環境濕度的儀表有:溫濕度測量表、表面高溫計或光學高溫度、測量干、濕浸泡溫度的干濕度計、電子溫濕度連續記錄儀等。測量時,儀表應裝于采集熱、冷及平均區域數據的部位,但不得裝于直射陽光、風、熱輻射、加熱或拍風管道或其他影響平均記數的部位。

目前,市場上有測量環境溫度、相對濕度的測量表出售,可直接測定濕濕度,并對照表4_5_17對應溫度和濕度交叉點,査出露點溫度,被涂物表面溫度應高于“露點”3℃,方可涂裝。

以前常用干濕球溫度計測定其溫度和相對濕度,是由兩支相同的溫度計組成,其中一支包有兩層紗布(或棉團),紗布下端浸入充滿水的小瓶中,該溫度計讀數為濕球溫度,另一只溫度計讀數為干球溫度。根據干、濕球溫度差,在專用表中査出空氣中的相對濕度。

溫濕度計,采用電阻式測量原理,雖能直接讀數,但需在待測環境中放置牛小時以上。在施工現場Coatest1600型干濕度測量計可在1分鐘內快速讀數,適于現場的檢驗勘測。

當環境溫度為35℃時,鋼材表面溫度可達60~70℃,對待測物表面溫度的測量一般采用直讀熱電偶式數字溫度計,可將敏感探頭直接置于表面幾分鐘,待數字穩定后讀數。
