涂膜附著機理與附著力促進劑的選擇研究

涂膜又稱漆膜主要應用于涂料施工當中。在涂料施工時將液態的膜涂在底材上經干燥后即為涂膜。涂膜的主要作用是保護被涂物能否起到保護作用關鍵在于涂膜的附著力涂膜的附著力直接影響涂層的附著時間。涂膜的附著力受到多種因素的影響本文通過對涂膜附著機理的了解進一步對附著促進劑進行了研究。機械附著又稱物理附著它主要受到被涂物表面物理狀態的影響比如粗糙度、孔性等。每一個被涂物的表面都不是平平整整沒有任何缺陷的這些不平整可以使被涂物的表面積增加也有利于涂料滲入基材內部。像塑料、金屬等材料的表面都能與涂膜形成一種輔助力這種輔助力也可以通過一些特殊的形式來提高比如通過侵蝕性的溶劑對塑料的表面處理使塑料表面更加的粗糙進而能使涂膜更好的浸入塑料表面上以增強涂膜與塑料之間的附著力。
