趕酸儀的應(yīng)用

趕酸儀又叫趕酸電熱板、樣品處理器、消解器,是鋁合金加熱板塊表面經(jīng)Teflon氟塑料防腐不粘處理,是配套我公司反應(yīng)釜使用完。

應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域
測(cè)定食品、藥品中鉛、鎘、鉻、汞、砷、鋅、硒、錳等重金屬元素,以及微量元素;測(cè)定土壤中重金屬和微量元素的消解等。


實(shí)例應(yīng)用
1.鉻 :取本品0.50g,置聚四氟乙烯消解罐內(nèi),
2.加硝酸5-10ml,混勻,浸泡過(guò)夜,蓋好內(nèi)蓋,旋緊外套,
3.將聚四氟乙烯高壓消解罐置適宜的烘箱內(nèi),進(jìn)行消解(按儀器規(guī)定的消解程序操作)。
4.消解完全后,取消解內(nèi)罐置趕酸電熱板(消解器)上緩緩加熱至紅棕色蒸氣揮盡并近干,用2%硝酸轉(zhuǎn)入50ml(FEP)容量瓶中 ,并稀釋至刻度,搖勻,即得。同法同時(shí)制備試劑空白溶液;
5.另取鉻單元素標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液,用2%硝酸稀釋并制成每1ml含鉻1.0μmg/ml的鉻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)照品儲(chǔ)備液,臨用時(shí),分別精密量取鉻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)照品儲(chǔ)備液適量,用2%硝酸溶液稀釋制成每1ml含鉻0-80ng/ml的對(duì)照品溶液。
6.最后取供試品溶液與對(duì)照品溶液,以石墨爐為原子化器,照原子吸收分光光度法(附錄Ⅳ D第一法),在357.9nm測(cè)定,含鉻不得過(guò)百萬(wàn)分之二。
