生物傳感器的定義和分類

      生物傳感器主要是以生物活性物質作為感應材料制作成的傳感器。有些生物體本身就能感應各種信號,所以用它來制作傳感器就理所當然了。實際制作中,主要采用生物體的酶、抗體等作為感應單元。酶、抗體這些感應單元稱為活性材料。制作生物傳感器的關鍵在于固化這些活性材料。生物傳感器的好壞決定于這些活性材料和它的信號轉換能力,這些活性材料通常為膜狀結構。

    生物傳感器的分類主要按活性材料、信號轉換和功能分。按活性材料分有酶傳感器、免疫傳感器、受體傳感器、細菌傳感器和細胞器傳感器。按信號轉換分有生物FET、光纖生物傳感器、聲表面波生物傳感器、生物電極和固態生物傳感器。按功能分有微系統生物傳感器和光尋址。
