  顯微硬度計概述
 

  顯微硬度計采用計算機軟件控制,高倍率光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng),光電傳感器等技術(shù)實現(xiàn)測量裝置與壓頭自動切換,通過軟件輸入,光源的強弱自動調(diào)節(jié),并選擇維氏與努氏試驗方法、保持時間、文件號與儲存等,提供了各種硬度值的轉(zhuǎn)換表以供參考,在lcd大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗方法、試驗力、測量壓痕長度、硬度值、試驗力保持時間,測量次數(shù)并能鍵入年、月、日期,試驗結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等,通過打印機輸出。
 

  顯微硬度計采用高倍率光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng),目鏡鼓輪一次讀數(shù)。可測定鋼、有色金屬、ic薄片、薄塑料、金屬薄片、涂層、表面覆層、層壓金屬、熱處理碳化層和淬火硬化層的深度與硬度梯度。

  顯微硬度計主要用于測量微小、薄型試件、脆硬件的測試,通過選用各種附件或者升級各種結(jié)構(gòu)可廣泛的用于各種金屬(黑色金屬、有色金屬、鑄件、合金材料等)、金屬組織、金屬表面加工層、電鍍層、硬化層(氧化、各種滲層、涂鍍層)、熱處理試件、碳化試件、淬火試件、相夾雜點的微小部分,玻璃、瑪瑙、人造寶石、陶瓷等脆硬非金屬材料的測試,在細(xì)微部分進行精密定位的多點測量,壓痕的深層測試與分析,滲鍍層測試與分析,硬度梯度的測試,金相組織結(jié)構(gòu)的觀察與研究,涂鍍層厚度的測量與分析等。是實驗室質(zhì)檢部門、計量院所質(zhì)量控制、材料研究的必備檢測儀器。
