高強度膠黏劑拉力試驗機主要針對高強度膠黏劑在常溫的狀態下做拉伸、彎曲、壓縮、屈服、剝離、靜曲強度、剛度、伸長率、延伸率等各種力學性能的測試。滿足標準GB/T 7122的相關要求,其設備及操作步驟如下:

試驗設備:

拉伸試驗裝置具有適宜的負荷范圍,夾頭能以恒定的速率分離并施加拉伸力,該裝置應配備有效的測量系統和指示記錄系列,力值精確至±2%

該裝置配置適當的自校準夾頭,夾頭牢固的夾在撓性被粘物外端部25mm處。夾頭和剝離試驗夾具應能在受力時與試樣同時移動校準,以便試樣中的撓性體與通過剝離夾具裝置中心線所施加的拉力的方向一致。

操作步驟:

1.把試樣插入剝離夾具 ,將撓性被粘物未膠結的端部夾人試驗機的下夾頭

2.剝離試驗中,自動記錄與試驗機夾頭移動距離的關系曲線(力與剝離長度的關系曲線)

3.如果試驗結果不符合相關標準,則結果不計。
