真空干燥箱使用方法

1、需干燥處理的物品放入真空干燥箱內(nèi),將箱門關(guān)上,并關(guān)閉放氣閥,開啟真空閥,再開啟真空泵電源開始抽氣,使箱內(nèi)達(dá)到用戶所需真空度,關(guān)閉真空閥,再關(guān)閉真空泵電源開關(guān)。

 

2、把真空干燥箱電源開關(guān)撥至“I”處,設(shè)定所需溫度,箱內(nèi)溫度開始上升,當(dāng)箱內(nèi)溫度接近設(shè)定溫度時(shí),加熱指示燈忽亮忽熄,反復(fù)多次,一般 120min 以內(nèi)擱板層面進(jìn)入恒溫狀 態(tài)

 

3、當(dāng)所需工作溫度較低時(shí),可采用二次設(shè)定方式,如所需工作溫度 60℃,第一次可以設(shè)定 50℃,等溫度過沖開始回落后,再第二次設(shè)定60℃,這樣可降低甚至杜絕溫度過沖現(xiàn)象,盡快進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。

 

4、根據(jù)不同物品不同潮濕程度,選擇不同的干燥時(shí)間,如干燥時(shí)間較長,真空度下降,需再次抽氣恢復(fù)真空度,應(yīng)先開啟真空泵電機(jī)開關(guān),再開啟真空閥

 

5、干燥結(jié)束后,應(yīng)先關(guān)閉電源,旋動(dòng)放氣閥,解除箱內(nèi)真空狀態(tài),再打開箱門取出物品。
