現場定量控制不準怎么辦?

針對定量控制現場的分析:

1、液體渦輪流量計安裝要求,前后直管段要求前10D后5D(D為管道的口徑)

2、定量時間,針對現場的定量情況,一般要求現場在定量時間上超過1分鐘以上,如果低于一分鐘,則需要選實時輸出的儀表可以減小時間快帶來的誤差,因為儀表和系統的時間滯后都會對定量產生誤差。

3、定量控制調試,當每次定量的時,它的誤差一定時,儀表可以通過調試來實現準確。例如:

我打50L水,實際為60L,每次打50L水,實際都在60L左右,誤差是-16%,打30L水,實際總是36L,誤差也是-16%,如果是這種情況,說明誤差是穩定的,可以通過調試參數來實現準確。

調試步驟:

儀表四個按鍵從左到右依次:確認/翻頁鍵、移位鍵、修改鍵、退出鍵。

按兩下確認鍵,即可看到密碼界面,按移位鍵和修改鍵,將密碼改為1234,按確認鍵進入菜單,按確認鍵翻頁到P9屏,P9屏的第二行就是儀表系數。

儀表系數K與流量成反比,系數越大流量越小,越小流量越大。

通過移位鍵和修改鍵修改系數后,按一下確認鍵,然后按

退出鍵即可。

例如:儀表跑的快+10%,則P9項原系數*(100%+10%)=新系數,

新系數植入P9項。慢-10%,P9原系數*(100%-10%)=新系數。
