一:全自動反沖洗過濾器(壓差)創新說明? 原理

    全自動反沖洗過濾器主要由殼體、濾芯、電機、接近開關、差壓傳感系統及PLC控制系統組成。待過濾的污水通過濾芯,由內向外過濾,懸浮顆粒在濾芯內表面慢慢的堆積,逐漸形成進出口壓差,當壓差傳感系統接收到設定壓力值,將起到反洗程序,逐跟濾芯進行清洗。利用負壓將附著于濾芯內壁的懸浮物,瞬間排出殼體外部,清洗過程持續5分鐘。

二:全自動反沖洗過濾器(壓差)創新說明? 控制說明

◆壓差設定:過濾器設有壓差調節表,用于過濾器壓差值的設定;

時間設定:控制箱設有時間設定裝置,可根據用戶要求設定過濾器反沖洗過程的時間周期;壓差設定和時間設定為反沖洗設定過程,兩種設定同時存在,且壓差設定優先。

1. 最小工作壓力:0.2Mpa

2. 最大工作壓力:0.7Mpa
