霍爾電流傳感器的工作原理

  電流傳感器可以測量各種類型的電流,從直流電到幾十千赫茲的交流電,其所依據的工作原理主要是霍爾效應原理。

  當原邊導線經過電流傳感器時,原邊電流IP會產生磁力線,原邊磁力線集中在磁芯氣隙周圍,內置在磁芯氣隙中的霍爾電片可產生和原邊磁力線成正比的,大小僅為幾毫伏的感應電壓,通過后續電子電路可把這個微小的信號轉變成副邊電流IS,并存在以下關系式: IS* NS= IP*NP

  其中,IS—副邊電流;

  IP—原邊電流;

  NP—原邊線圈匝數;

  NS—副邊線圈匝數;

  NP/NS—匝數比,一般取NP=1。
