防止電纜絕緣擊穿的措施

(1)加強電纜線路的運行維護。應定期巡視檢查電纜線路,發現隱患及時排除;電纜線路不要長期過負荷運行,并遵守運行規程。

(2)防止機械損傷。架空電纜,特別是沿墻敷設的電纜,應進行遮蓋。廠內動土工程應辦理由電氣部門簽字的動土證;對廠外電纜線路應加強巡視檢查,及時制止在電纜線路附近的挖土、取土作業。

(3)嚴防電纜絕緣受潮。電纜鉛包被腐蝕會導致絕緣受潮擊穿,所以應加強電纜外護層的維護,每隔2~3年要在電纜外護層上涂刷一層瀝青。

(4)提高電纜頭的施工質量。由于氣泡和水分對電纜頭絕緣的耐壓強度影響很大,因此在電纜頭的制作、安裝過程中絕緣包纏要緊密,不得出現空隙。環氧樹脂和石英粉使用前應嚴格進行干燥處理。電纜終端頭附近的電場分布很不均勻,護套邊緣處的電場強度最大,應加強該處的絕緣。

(5)搬運電纜要小心,敷設電纜應保證質量。搬運電纜時,應避免擠壓電纜。敷設時電纜彎曲不可過大,以免損傷內部絕緣。對于油浸紙絕緣電纜,在安裝中要特別注意兩端的高低差不得超過規定值。
