發電機直流電阻測量

    測量目的:檢查繞組導體是否存在斷股、斷裂、開焊或虛焊等問題。
    測量發電機定子或轉子繞組的直流電阻、滅磁電阻(不包括非線性滅磁電阻)等可以采用雙臂電橋、電壓電流法(直流)、直流電阻測試儀等。目前多數是采用直流電阻快速測試儀進行測量。測量要點:
    (1) 測量前應在定子繞組或轉子繞組不同部位放置三支以上的溫度計,取平均值作為繞組的溫度。
    (2) 如果儀器的電流端子和電壓端子分開時,應將電壓端子夾在電流端子的內側,避免電流端子的接觸壓降影響測量的準確度,如圖1所示。

    (3) 測量結果換算到75℃時的數值,并與歷年試驗數據進行比較。銅導體換算公式如下:

    式中,R75:換算至75℃時的電阻;Rt:溫度為t℃時測量的電阻值;t:測量時的溫度。
