互感器式鉗形電流表結構圖解

    互感器式鉗形電流表的外形如圖1所示。它主要由穿心式電流互感器和磁電整流系測量機構組成,如圖2所示。

    互感器式鉗形電流表,其電流互感器的鐵心呈鉗口形,當捏緊扳手時鐵心可以張開,如圖1中虛線所示。這樣,被測載流導線不用斷開就可以穿過鐵心張開的缺口放入鉗形鐵心中。然后松開扳手使鐵心閉合,這時通有被測電流的導線就成為電流互感器的一次繞組N1。被測導線中流過的交流電流I1通過閉合鐵心磁路在二次繞組N2中產生感應電動勢,測量電路中就有感應電流I2流過,感應電流I2經量程轉換開關S按不同的分流比經整流裝置整流后變成直流通入表頭,使電流表表針偏轉。由于表頭的標度尺是按一次電流I1刻度的,所以表針指示的讀數就是被測導線中的交流電流值。
