電動機起動轉矩的大小與哪些因素有關?

    電動機起動轉矩的大小主要與下述三個因素有關:

    (1)與電壓的平方成正比。根據異步電動機的轉動原理,電磁轉矩與每極磁通和轉子感應電流成正比,而每極磁通和轉子電流又都與電源電壓成正比。所以轉矩便與電源電壓的平方成正比。因此,電源電壓的下降對電動機的起動性能影響最大。例如,電源電壓降為原來的80%,起動轉矩就只有原來的(80%)2,即原起動轉矩的64%,所以在低電壓下,電動機的起動特別困難。

    (2)與電動機的漏電抗有關。漏電抗(由漏磁通產生)大,起動轉矩小;反之,減小漏電抗可增大起動轉矩。而漏電抗又與繞組匝數和氣隙大小有關。因此修理電動機時,注意保持原設計的繞組匝數和氣隙是很重要的。

    (3)起動轉矩隨轉子電阻的增大而增大。如繞線式異步電動機起動時,在轉子繞組回路中串入適當的附加電阻可以增大起動轉矩。
