DC直流固態繼電器的應用越來越廣泛,其中主要原因之一就是直流固態繼電器開關時沒有運動部件,不會產生電弧,也不會有機械損壞。然而,將直流固態繼電器應用在一些感性負載上時,有些問題我們必須提前考慮。

因為直流固態繼電器輸入端子和輸出端子之間有高達3750 Vrms的隔離電壓,因此控制信號輸入與負載輸出連接之間是沒有什么關聯的。如Fig.1 圖所示,控制信號可以是源電流型或者灌電流型設置,負載可以接在直流固態繼電器的正端,也可以接在直流固態繼電器的負端。直流固態繼電器也可以用來做電平轉換電路,因為控制輸入端和負載輸出端兩部分電路之間沒有任何電氣上的關系。
