TE Connectivity Ni1000SOT 溫度傳感器

TE Connectivity MEAS Ni1000SOT 系列電阻溫度探測器 (RTD) 具有微型、低成本和高精度特點。 由硅基片制成,帶 PVD 存儲,該結構由鈍化層覆蓋,且鎳元件安裝在引線框上并采用 SOT23 封裝。 適用于觸點溫度感應,這些 RTD 設計用于惡劣環境。
